Most people try to change their lives by focusing solely on their actions. They set new goals, track habits, or push themselves with sheer willpower. But habits are often just the symptoms of a deeper story. If you try to change your behavior without changing your self-image, you will always eventually return to who you believe you are.

To create lasting change, we have to go to the root: Your Identity.

My framework is a systematic 7-stage journey designed to bridge the gap between who you are today and the version of you that is already living the life you desire.


Phase 1: The Architecture of Awareness

Before we can build anything new, we must understand the foundation you are standing on. In the first three days, we deconstruct your current self-image to see what is actually running the show.

  • Day 1 — Awareness: We identify the subconscious “blueprints”—the stories you tell yourself about who you are without even realizing it.
  • Day 2 — Patterns: Identity expresses itself through repetition. We uncover the behavioral loops that keep you anchored in your past versions.
  • Day 3 — Beliefs: We examine the core beliefs that act as an invisible ceiling for your success and begin drafting the architecture of your new self.

Phase 2: The Emotional Release

Transformation requires space. A new house cannot be built on the debris of an old one.

  • Day 4 — Emotional Release: We let go of the emotional weight and the “secondary gains” of staying small. It’s about giving yourself permission to stop being who you have always been.
  • Day 5 — New Standards: Your life doesn’t reflect what you want; it reflects what you tolerate. We define the new non-negotiables that align with your shifted identity.

Phase 3: The Embodiment

In the final stage, we move from theory to reality, ensuring the change becomes a permanent part of your DNA.

  • Day 6 — Embodiment: Change isn’t something you wait for; it’s something you practice. You learn to align your thoughts and emotions with your new self before the external results appear.
  • Day 7 — Identity Lock-In: We create the structures and rituals that solidify your new identity, ensuring this shift isn’t just a temporary peak, but your new normal.
